SHIPPING, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If you don’t like the garment, you have 14 days to return it to us. Contact us at sayu@ateliersayu.com.  As soon as we receive the garment we make the exchange or refund. If you need to change a size, we will forward it to you in a few days subject to available stock. In Spain and for some European countries, the return is free. Outside Europe, the return is at your own expense, but the shipment of the new garment is at our expense.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For Spain the shipping cost is free. For the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are €6.
And for shipping costs outside Europe, it is €15 regardless of the number of pieces as well.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

When a product is offered as a pre-order, it’s because it has not yet been produced. So, we need some time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet, and you will be reminded of this, in the email you receive when you place the order. We do our best to send it to you as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes a couple of months, depending on the product. Once the package is shipped, the delivery time is very short, 2-4 days for Europe, and 4-8 days for other destinations. For orders of products in stock, the delivery time may vary between 2 and 8 days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When we send your package, we send you an email notifying the tracking. You will find the link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

In case of absence at the attention of delivery, the carrier must normally leave a “notice of delivery”. This notice indicates when the carrier will come back again, or give you details, where the package was deposited.
We recommend that you regularly check the status of your delivery through the tracking number of the package that was sent to you in the email and the delivery tracking text.
If your package notifies a “Delivered” status but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors.
