BEAUTIFUL LONG-LASTING THICK ORGANIC COTTON

Many T-shirts are as thin as cigarette paper and cannot withstand daily use. We have chosen to offer 190 g/m2 as opposed to the 120 g/m2 that the vast majority of T-shirts currently on the market have.It is this density that makes it more opaque, stronger and more durable over time.Its purity and high quality prevents bad odors. It also avoids those typical and unpleasant pinholes that appear over time.

THE MOST ORGANIC COTTON WITH ELASTANE

We have chosen to incorporate 5% elastane in the composition of the perfect Tshirt to accompany you for many years. In this way, we avoid the T-shirt being deformed with the washes and making unpleasant rotated seams. In addition, elastane gives it a lot of resistance. Nor will you find yourself with the surprise of having a crop top after a few washes.

NO TRANSPARENCIES

THE SLEEVES

For the sleeves, we made sure they were wide enough for you to be comfortable but just enough to make them feminine and comfortable to wear with jackets or sweaters. Regarding the length of the sleeves, we have managed to make them neither too short nor too long and are flattering on any arm. They are also long enough if you want to roll them with a nice hem.

TESTED AND APPROVED LENGTH

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If you don’t like the garment, you have 14 days to return it to us. Contact us at sayu@ateliersayu.com.  As soon as we receive the garment we make the exchange or refund. If you need to change a size, we will forward it to you in a few days subject to available stock. In Spain and for some European countries, the return is free. Outside Europe, the return is at your own expense, but the shipment of the new garment is at our expense.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For Spain the shipping cost is free. For the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are €6.
And for shipping costs outside Europe, it is €15 regardless of the number of pieces as well.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

When a product is offered as a pre-order, it’s because it has not yet been produced. So, we need some time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet, and you will be reminded of this, in the email you receive when you place the order. We do our best to send it to you as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes a couple of months, depending on the product. Once the package is shipped, the delivery time is very short, 2-4 days for Europe, and 4-8 days for other destinations. For orders of products in stock, the delivery time may vary between 2 and 8 days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When we send your package, we send you an email notifying the tracking. You will find the link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

In case of absence at the attention of delivery, the carrier must normally leave a “notice of delivery”. This notice indicates when the carrier will come back again, or give you details, where the package was deposited.
We recommend that you regularly check the status of your delivery through the tracking number of the package that was sent to you in the email and the delivery tracking text.
If your package notifies a “Delivered” status but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors.
